General Provisions

777kd (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we", or "777kd") is a provider of online gaming and betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 777kd website, mobile version, and all associated services.

An account is entirely personal. It may not be transferred, sold, or rented to anyone else. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is also prohibited.

Age Verification and Eligibility

We place the highest importance on the protection of minors. Our system automatically identifies suspicious accounts. If any account holder registers by providing a false age, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

3.1 Eligibility Conditions

• Minimum age must be 21 years.
• The user must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number registered in their name.
• Must not be on the platform's prohibited list.
• Must participate voluntarily and with sound mental capacity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 777kd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

• Deposits must be made only from the user's own payment account.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• It is advised to avoid gaming with credit cards or borrowed money.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the deposited payment account.

• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. Accepting this bonus will add it to the deposited amount, and 25x wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion must be used within a specified period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated in the promotion's terms.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has four tiers. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier cashback is calculated every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Betting and Gaming Rules

777kd offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during gameplay.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection or connection issue, the outcome of an ongoing bet will be determined according to the server's records.
• 777kd's decision on game results is final.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other sporting events:

• If a match is abandoned or the specified number of overs is not completed, the relevant bet will be considered void.
• 777kd is responsible for odds changes in live betting.
• Any bet identified as related to match-fixing will be cancelled immediately.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. The outcome of each game is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777kd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing a false identity or forged documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or unlawfully interfere with the system or software.
• Using multiple accounts in a coordinated manner to abuse bonuses.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

777kd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
